Terms of Sale

Everything here is bought without a call, so the terms have to do the work a conversation would. This is what you are agreeing to when you check out, in language meant to be read rather than survived.

Who you are buying from

HumanDesignBusiness.com, operated by ICONIC Human Design, LLC ("we", "us"), led by LaVeena B. Archers, PhD. You can reach us via LinkedIn, and messages are answered personally rather than by a support queue.

What you are buying

Professional analysis and advisory services based on the Human Design System, applied to work, career, leadership, teams, and income. Each offer page states exactly what is included, in what format, and whether any live time is involved. That page is part of these terms: where the offer page and this page differ on what is delivered, the offer page wins.

This is not certification or professional training. Training to practice Human Design professionally is a separate pathway on a separate site, and nothing bought here confers a qualification, a license, or the right to represent yourself as certified.

What we need from you, and when

Every analysis is calculated from your date, time, and place of birth. Until you supply them, work cannot begin, and the delivery times below start from the moment we have them rather than from the moment you pay. If your birth time is unknown, say so: the analysis can still be prepared, but part of the chart becomes approximate and we will tell you which part.

For team engagements, every person being charted must be informed and must consent and supply their own birth data. This is a condition of sale, not a preference, and it is enforced at checkout. See the ethics policy.

Delivery

Written reports and analyses are delivered by email, generally within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your birth data, and within a week at the outside.
Live sessions are scheduled with you after purchase and held online. Recordings or written notes are provided as stated on the offer page.
Multi-session containers run over the period stated on their offer page, scheduled around your calendar.

If something is going to take longer, you will be told before the deadline rather than after it.

Rescheduling and missed sessions

Rescheduling is fine with reasonable notice, and life happens. A session missed without notice may be treated as delivered, because the time was reserved for you and cannot be resold. Ask rather than assume: in practice this is handled with goodwill.

Price, currency, and tax

Prices are in US dollars and are shown in full on every offer page before you buy. Where regional pricing applies, the reduced price is shown before checkout and is the price charged. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is calculated and shown by the checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

If your business needs an invoice with a company name and VAT or tax number, ask and one will be issued.

Your right to cancel

Consumers in the UK and EU have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for services. Because these services often begin immediately, you are asked to acknowledge at checkout that delivery may start within that period. Where work has already begun, we may retain a proportionate amount for what was delivered; where it has not, you get a full refund. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right you hold in your own country.

Intellectual property

Reports, presentations, recordings, and course material remain our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use your own materials for your own purposes, including inside your own business. You may not resell them, publish them, or use them to teach the system to others commercially. Articles on this site may be quoted with attribution and a link.

The Human Design System was originated by Ra Uru Hu. "Human Design System", "BG5", and "Rave" are marks of Jovian Archive Corporation, used here in the course of teaching and applying the system.

What this work is not

Human Design is not a scientifically validated psychometric instrument, and nothing sold here is presented as one. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional in any of those fields. No specific business, income, or career outcome is promised, because no honest adviser can promise one. What is promised is a rigorous, accurate reading of your chart applied to your situation, delivered as described.

You remain responsible for your own decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Conduct

Engagements are collaborative and are conducted with mutual respect. We reserve the right to end an engagement and refund the unused portion where that breaks down.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force for your purchase is the one published at HumanDesignBusiness.com/terms on the day you bought, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved.
