Refunds and Cancellations
You bought without a sales call, so you deserve to know the refund position before you click rather than after. Here it is, per offer type, in plain terms.
Last updated 2026-09-02
The short version
If work has not started, you get your money back. If it has started, you get back what has not been delivered. If something was genuinely not as described, you get a full refund and an apology. Nobody is talked out of a refund, and no refund request is treated as a negotiation.
Before work begins
Full refund, no questions. Work begins when your birth data has been received and preparation has started, or when the first live session is held, whichever comes first. Until then, ask and it is refunded in full.
Written reports and analyses
Once your report has been prepared and sent, it cannot be un-received, so it is not refundable as a change of mind. It is fully refundable if it was not delivered, if it was materially not what the offer page described, or if it was prepared from the wrong data through our error. If your birth data was wrong, tell us and it is redone at no charge.
Single sessions
Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice and there is no charge, and you can rebook or have a full refund. Inside 48 hours, one reschedule is offered as a matter of course. A session missed with no notice is treated as delivered, because the time was held for you and could not be given to anyone else.
Multi-session packages and mentorship
These can be ended at any point. You are refunded for the sessions not yet held and the months of access not yet used, less the value of what has already been delivered, including any analysis prepared for you up front. Nothing is retained as a penalty for stopping.
Team engagements
Fully refundable up until charts are calculated. After that, refundable for the portion not yet delivered. If a team member withdraws consent before the analysis runs, the engagement stops and you are refunded in full for it, because an engagement that cannot run on consent should not run at all.
The 14-day right, for UK and EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. Because this work often starts straight away, you acknowledge at checkout that delivery may begin inside that window. If it has begun, a proportionate amount for what was actually delivered may be retained; if it has not, the refund is full. Where a digital report has been delivered in full with your agreement, the cancellation right is spent. None of this displaces a stronger right you have under your own country's law.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Write to LaVeena B. Archers on LinkedIn with the email address you bought under and roughly when. You get a decision within five working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank then takes its own five to ten working days, which is out of everyone's hands.
Refunds for anything bought on this site are handled here, not by Jovian Archive and not by any other business. If you bought a course on thehumandesignsystem.com or through Jovian Archive, that purchase is theirs and they will handle it; anything with HumanDesignBusiness.com on the receipt is ours.
Chargebacks
Please ask before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute takes months and helps nobody; a message is answered in days and usually resolves it the same week.
