Who is behind this work
Teaching, Press, and Credentials
Advice is only as good as the training and track record behind it. This page lays out where LaVeena B. Archers, PhD teaches, the credentials this practice stands on, and where this field has surfaced in the wider press, all stated so you can check it.
Roles and teaching
LaVeena B. Archers, PhD serves as Education Director of Jovian Archive, the organization that holds the official body of work of the Human Design System, and teaches in the official certification pathway, having served as a faculty member with both certifying bodies. She came to that work the unusual way: brought in by the family of the system's founder, Ra Uru Hu, after more than a decade in the material. She has been studying the system since 2012, guiding people professionally since shortly after, and spent three decades as an entrepreneur before any of it, which is why this site teaches the business application rather than the mystical one.
Alongside the certification courses and the free faculty webinars that introduce the career material each semester, she has taught the system to professional audiences outside it, including a masterclass for Kepler College, the astrological college, on how Human Design relates to the astrology its calculations are built from. The education side of her work lives at theHumanDesignSystem.com.

In the press and the culture
Human Design for business has been crossing into mainstream coverage for several years, and this site quotes that coverage carefully rather than inflating it:
- A widely read year-end culture list at The Washington Post placed Human Design in its "in" column, in a business context, the same year it moved the Enneagram to "out."
- Mentorship Unlocked by Janice Omadeke, a professional-development book from a founder covered in Forbes and Inc., names Human Design alongside the Enneagram and CliftonStrengths as one of a handful of real tools for understanding how people collaborate at work.
- UnHerd ran a skeptical piece calling Human Design "religion for the LinkedIn class." Rather than pretend criticism doesn't exist, the response is published in full: why only the original Human Design System can guide us.
Mentions are described, not embellished: where an outlet covered the field rather than this practice specifically, this page says so. That's the same standard the rest of the site is held to on the methodology page.
