Start here for teams

Where your team actually sticks, and what to change first.

A written diagnostic of one specific team of 3 to 5 people: a brief career design summary for each person, the mechanics of how the group functions, where the friction or gap actually sits, and the one role or responsibility change to run as the first experiment. One flat price for the whole team.

Who this is for

Clear scope for professional work

  • You lead a team of 3 to 5 people and the same friction keeps coming back
  • You want to test this methodology on your real team before committing to the full per-person analysis
  • Everyone on the team has been told this is happening and is willing to be charted

What's included

What you receive

  • A written team map — a brief career design summary for each person, the group mechanics, and where the gap actually is — delivered within 5 business days
  • A short individual readout for every team member, so each person charted receives something of their own
  • One recommended role or responsibility change, framed as the first experiment to run
  • A 90-minute recorded debrief call with the team lead
  • A written 30-day follow-up check-in on how the experiment landed
  • The full $1,497 credited against the Small Business Team Analysis if the team proceeds within 60 days

What changes

What you walk away with

The list above is what you receive. This is what it is for.

  • An explanation for the recurring friction, in mechanics rather than personalities
  • Each person on the team told something specific and usable about how they work — not only the person paying
  • One concrete change to test, sized as an experiment rather than a reorganization
  • A grounded basis for deciding whether the full per-person team analysis is worth it for this team

How it works

Format & next step

One flat price for the whole team, 3 to 5 people — pay online, then each team member is invited to send their own birth data, with their own consent. The written team map arrives within 5 business days of the last person’s birth data: a team is analyzed as a group, so it takes longer than a single-person report. Every person charted must be informed and consent — you confirm this at checkout. For 2 people, see the Business Partnership Analysis; for per-person sessions or a team of 6, the Small Business Team Analysis; from 7 people, the Large Business Team Analysis.

1. Confirm consent & pay

$1,497 per team, paid online. The consent box next to the button is a requirement, not a formality — every person charted must know and agree.

2. Send birth data

Intake collects birth data for the whole team. The written map arrives within 5 business days of the last person's data, and the debrief call is scheduled from there.

FAQ

Common questions

Does my team have to know about this?

Yes — that is a requirement, not a courtesy. Every person charted must be informed and consent before the work begins; you confirm it at checkout, and it is confirmed again at intake when birth data is collected. Each person also receives their own short readout, so the deliverable is worth something to the people charted, not only to whoever paid. Charting people without their knowledge is not offered here, at any price.

Can we use this to screen candidates or decide who to hire?

No. This is for developing an existing, consenting team, and that is the only use it is sold for. Screening, ranking, or evaluating candidates by birth data is off the table: a candidate cannot meaningfully consent, and automated employment screening is heavily regulated — the EU AI Act classes employment uses as high-risk, and New York City’s Local Law 144 audits automated employment decision tools. Hire on the work. If someone new joins and the team wants a fresh read, chart them then, with their consent.

How is this different from the Small Business Team Analysis?

Scope and depth. This is a written diagnostic with one debrief call for the team lead: brief individual summaries, the group mechanics, the gap, and one change to test. The Small Business Team Analysis is the full engagement — three one-hour sessions per person, a team session, and an owner session, priced per person. If the diagnostic convinces you the full work is worth it, the $1,497 comes off that price within 60 days.

Does the $1,497 credit toward the full team analysis?

Yes. Proceed to the Small Business Team Analysis within 60 days and the $1,497 comes off the price — the same way the $697 Focused Session credits toward Executive. Testing the methodology first costs nothing extra if you go on, and you keep the written map either way.

What if we are 2 people, 6 people, or more?

Two people is partnership mechanics rather than group mechanics — that is the Business Partnership Analysis at $997. A team of 6 is past the small-group form this diagnostic is built on, so go directly to the Small Business Team Analysis, which covers 3 to 6 people. From 7 people, the Large Business Team Analysis takes over. A merger or multi-team integration is scoped by written proposal.

Does the team need to believe in Human Design?

No. Belief is not required — consent is. The analysis describes how people already operate, and the recommendations are practical. What is required is that everyone knows the reading is happening and has agreed to it.
