Evaluators are seen for objectivity precisely because no Strength of their own clouds the viewpoint, and they are built to sit at the hub, at the center of the organization they are part of. There is no reliable inner process to consult in the moment; clarity arrives over about a month, by talking the decision through with trusted people over time. Any workplace that demands an answer in the meeting is asking for a guess. Place an Evaluator well and they will tell you things about your organization no dashboard will.
